That depends.

Really? Tell me more...
You will love the location. It's really close to Cabinteely Park, a huge green space where you can go to exercise or spend some quiet time in nature.
We think it’s ideal for students. The bedroom is quiet and gets lots of natural light. You'll also have your own private bathroom. Ideal.
Your top 3 reasons to live here:
- That kitchen is calling out for a real cook.
- The charming homey decor, obviously.
- You can walk to Cabinteely Park.
But you need to know this...
- The house is quite far from Dublin's city centre. Time to get your own wheels?

Give it to me straight…
This is a nice 4-bedroom house on Carrickmines Avenue, Dublin. It has a really cool kitchen, it's nicely decorated, and it's close to a huge park.
We think this apartment is perfect for a single student. Ditch the hustle and bustle of big city living and give in to the charm of a residential neighborhood.
